It finally came to my attention in May of this year that a large collection of train books, model trains, and other railrodania I owned was lost in a storage container auction held by the now-defunct Mobile Space Storage Systems in Blaine, Minnesota, in 2005. (Long story how that stuff got there.) I was wondering if anyone here happened to have bought any of my railroad collection? I know this is a long shot, but my collection was fairly sizable, and thus would have attracted the attention of the person who bought the contents of the container my trains and books happened to be a part of. I am especially keen on finding my autographed copies of John C. Luecke's Dreams Disasters, and Demise: The Milwaukee Road in Minnesota and The Foundations of an Empire: The Great Northern in Minnesota. I am also eager to locate my copy of The Chicago Great Western in Minnesota, which also bears John's signature (the GN book is also marked "To Tony").
If anyone here can be of help in any way, I would much appreciate it.
