I guess it does not look good when you are in the middle of explaining to the STB why you cannot move the freight over the railroad but can run a special steam train making no revenue for the company.

The tour is postponed, not scrubbed outright.
Sure hope Uncle Pete can get his house in order so 4014 can run this year.

The 4014 was reported to be under steam outside the shop this week. I would assume the steam test after its annual inspection. At least it will be ready if the trip is rescheduled.
