So what gauge do you model in?

Overall, I prefer N. Just big enough to retain tons of detail (the latest Big Boys from Athearn are absolutely stunning in detail compared to their Rivarossi predecessors), just small enough to have a decent sized layout.

I do have, as I'm sure a lot of railfans do...H.O., O and N rolling stock and locos. All of my O stuff is vintage Lionel. My H.O. stuff, nothing fancy, just piece of old Tyco sets, or Bachmann Spectrum engines.

I've always wanted to try Z, but I'm scared to death I'm going to do something klutzy with a nice Marklin American steam locomotive train set.

Scarier still, they have gauges even smaller than Z today.

Sn3 [C&S, D&RGW, RGS] and 3 3/4 inch Maine two footers. Have a few NN3 cars from Kadee if that is the corect.
