Mall at Steamtown Is Going To Be Auctioned

Back in the early 1990s, a portion of the former Delaware, Lackawanna, and Western yard in Scranton, PA, that was part of Steamtown USA's new home was sold off so a new mall dubbed "The Mall at Steamtown" could be built. This was in anticipation of the business Steamtown National Historic site was anticipated to attract.

But the mall recently fell on hard times. In a manner reminiscent of the fate of Brookdale Mall in Brooklyn Center, MN, the Mall at Steamtown will be put on the auction block in June of 2014:

So are you going to go and bid on it? If you get it cheap enough you might be able to make some money on that deal??
