Friends of the 611 News

I have some good news regarding my group, the Friends of the 611, since I've been off this forum (I suppose around two years). We are working on getting a website, though things have slowed down recently. We are still seeking relations with former NS steam crew members, especially for some technical info which we plan to put on our website. I also hope to get to work on the 611 biography soon, and get some kind of fundraising done. We are initiating contacts with the Virginia Museum of Transportation and plan later to put together some kind of work schedule later.

No, unfortunately I missed that. But I did snag a few photos off the web of 611 at the Roanoke Shops...
